Core Bodywork Module 1
Lower Dantien: Abdomen – Lumbar Spine
This course introduces participants to the foundational concepts and methods of Shinzui Shuhō. It teaches an integrated approach to treating the abdomen and lumbar spine by combining theoretical knowledge, demonstrations, and practical applications for each technique. Participants also receive access to an online platform featuring texts and videos for review and support, available at any time.

This course builds on what you’ve learned in Module 1 and further develops and deepens the abdominal and lumbar work – again combining theory, demonstrations, and practical applications for each technique, together with access to the online platform

In this module, we build further on the material of Modules 1 and 2, focusing this time on the structures and Ki dynamics in the Thoracic region. Again, we combine theory, demonstrations, and practical applications for each technique, together with access to the online platform.
